• 8,000 Square foot Custom 2-story on view site.  Current value $2.500, 000
• Complete custom home residential subdivision comprising 17 view lots.  Development included complete re-zone and re-plat, installation of all infrastructure and sale of lots ranging from $200,000 to $350,000.
