RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SERVICES
Background Screenings: We do a complete screening to insure that quality tenants are put into your property.

Security Deposit Collection:
We collect and hold all security deposits in escrow.

Rent Collection: All rent payments are sent to Jamis and we collect any late or missing rent.

Maintenance: We handle all maintenance calls and hire contractors for the maintenance. We have prearranged pricing and agreements with several trades to save you the most money.

Emergencies and After Hours Maintenance:
We have a call center which handles all our afterhours calls and directs any calls that need immediate assistance to the property manager.

Tenant Relations: We deal with all tenant questions and any problems with tenants.  We focus on great service for our tenants to keep them happy – we believe happy tenants treat the property better, are more likely to extend their lease in the property.

Eviction Services: If in the unfortunate event that a tenant is not fulfilling their duties in the leasing agreement, we have a law firm we routinely hire to handle all the eviction procedures.  

Bookkeeping/Accounting: We keep records of all payments and expenses.  Every month you will receive a profit/loss statement for the month and YTD.  At the end of each year we supply you with all the
necessary records for tax purposes.

Bill Pay: We collect all the rent and pay all the bills.  These bills include, any maintenance expenses incurred in the month, our management fee, HOA dues, property tax, property insurance, mortgage payment, and any other bills associated with the property.  This is an optional service; if you choose not to do this, we simply take out the management fee and maintenance expenses from the collected rent and send you the difference.
